1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
1 cup chopped celery
2 green onions (chopped)
1/2 cup minced green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
ground black pepper

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise with paprika and seasonings.
  • Blend in dried cranberries, celery, bell pepper, onion, and nuts.
  • Add chopped chicken, and mix well.
  • Season with black pepper to taste.
  • Chill 1 hour.

I took a fantastic chicken salad recipe an tweaked it my way - and I'm in love. Wonderful on crackers, bread for sandwiches, or just eat out of the bowl!

1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 cup white raisins
1 cup chopped water chestnuts
1 cup chopped pecans
2 green onions, chopped
4 cups cubed, cooked chicken meat
ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Whisk mayonnaise, seasoned salt, and smoked paprika together in a bowl. Stir raisins, water chestnuts, pecans, and green onions into mayonnaise mixture until well-combined; add chicken and stir until completely coated. Season with black pepper. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.

2 cups diced appples
4 cups finely chopped cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups finely chopped celery
1 cup green grapes, cut in half
3/4 cup Kraft Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pkg (8 oz.) Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Kraft Miracle Whip Salad Dressing

Steps:

  • Sprinkle lemon juice over apples. Add chicken, celery, grapes, salad dressing, and seasonings; mix lightly
  • Press mixture into 1 1/2 quart bowl; chill serveral hours. Unmold on serving platter.
  • Combine softened cream cheese and salad dressing until well blended. Frost chicken salad. Garnish as desires.
