Steps:
- Clean the chicken wings thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Add all the Marinade ingredients to the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat up all the ingredients in the Glaze on low heat, stir and when it thickens, it's ready to use.
- Heat up the oven to 400°F (207°C). Bake the chicken wings for 10 minutes, and then brush the glaze, and then bake again for 10 minutes. Repeat again with the glaze and bake for another 10-12 minutes until the surface slightly brown and charred. Remove from the oven, topped with some sesame seeds and serve immediately.

Steps:
- Mix flour, garlic powder, pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
- Coat each chicken wing with a generous layer of the flour mixture.
- Pour ¼ inch (6 mm) of oil into a shallow pan, and bring it to a medium high heat.
- In small batches, fry the chicken wings for 4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from the oil and let rest on a paper towel.
- Over medium-high heat, melt the butter and add the garlic and ginger.
- Add soy sauce, honey, and brown sugar to pan and reduce for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the fried wings directly into the sauce pan and stir until the wings are covered in the sauce, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve with scallions on top.

- Stir onion, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, butter, mustard powder, and garlic together in a saucepan over medium heat; cook until hot, about 5 minutes.
- Spread chicken wings in an even layer into a shallow baking dish; pour sauce over the wings.
- Marinate wings in refrigerate 1 hour to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

- Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tip section. Set wings aside. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, oil, chili sauce, salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and ginger. Cook and stir until blended and heated through. Cool to room temperature. , Place the chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag; add honey mixture. Seal bag and turn to coat. - Cut tips off chicken and discard. Place wings in a non reactive shallow dish.
- In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients, and mix well.

- Combine honey, vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl., Cut through the 2 wing joints with a sharp knife, discarding wing tips. Add remaining wing pieces and honey mixture to a large bowl; stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight., Preheat oven to 375°. Remove wings; reserve honey mixture. Steps:
- Combine one set of the scallions, soy sauce, hoisin, sesame oil, honey, ginger, vinegar, mustard, cayenne pepper and garlic in a large bowl.
- Add the wings, tossing to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate up to 1 day (24 hours).
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Remove the wings from the marinade and throw away the marinade.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on baking sheets.
- Bake for 15 minutes, turn, baste, and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Increase the temperature to 450 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes, or until crispy and browned.
- Remake the marinade and pour it into a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Boil for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Pour into a serving bowl and use as a dipping sauce.

- Blend or pound garlic, shallots and ginger until fine. Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce and maltose to blended ingredients. If maltose is too thick to be mixed with the other ingredients, heat it in the microwave/oven or dilute it with water.
