Steps:
- For the beef: Heat the olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle the sirloin cubes with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. In batches if necessary, sear the meat on all sides and cook until medium rare, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside to cool.
- Meanwhile, make the dipping sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lime zest and juice, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, red pepper flakes and some salt and pepper.
- Thread the beef onto toothpicks (2 pieces per). Garnish with cilantro and serve with the dipping sauce.
EASY SNACK SKEWERS
Steps:
- For the skewers: Slide a salami round on the end of a 6-inch wooden skewer. Follow with a roasted red pepper ribbon, folded back on top of itself. Top with a cheese tortellini. Repeat, then finish with a mozzarella ball and tomato at the pointy end of the skewer. (Each skewer gets 2 salami rounds, 2 pepper ribbons, 2 tortellini, 1 mozzarella ball and 1 tomato). Repeat with the remaining skewers.
- For the creamy Italian dip: Whisk together the mayo, buttermilk, Parmesan, parsley, Italian seasoning, granulated garlic and some salt and pepper in a bowl and serve with the skewers.

OLIVE, PEPPERONI & MOZZARELLA BITES
Time 10m
Number Of Ingredients 4
Steps:
- Slice Mozzarella cheese into 1/2" x 1/2" cubes. Drain olives from liquid. Using a toothpick, skewer an olive and push 1/3 way up the toothpick. Fold a piece of pepperoni into half or quarters and skewer next. Finally skewer mozzarella. Do not push toothpick all the way through mozzarella, only half way through as you do not want guests poking themselves in the mouth with the toothpick. If making ahead of time, arrange on tray and cover with saran wrap so that it does not dry out. When serving, serve plain or with a drizzle of pizza sauce on platter.

SUCCULENT BEEF SKEWERS
Agnes Ward, of Stratford, Ontario says, "These are no ordinary beef kabobs! They're herb-infused and need to marinate at least an hour or overnight for the best flavor. If you feel like splurging, this recipe's also fantastic with beef tenderloin."
