6 tablespoons cream cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
7 ½ ounces canned crabmeat, drained
4 tablespoons minced onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the crabmeat, minced onion, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce. Spoon mixture into a small oven-proof dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly. Serve with crackers, potato chips or tortilla chips. You can also use fresh crabmeat in place of the canned crabmeat.

4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat
1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons hot sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
paprika, for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, crabmeat, lemon juice, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Transfer to a shallow 9x13 inch baking dish. Garnish with paprika.
  • Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.

6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 to 10 drops hot pepper sauce
2 cans (6 ounces each) crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed
Assorted crackers

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, combine the first 12 ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until the mixture is smooth. Add the crab and heat through. Serve with crackers.

1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
Paprika
Assorted crackers or vegetables

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. To serve chilled, cover and refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with paprika., To serve warm, spoon into a greased 3-cup baking dish. 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup tartar sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce, (optional)
2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pound jumbo lump or lump crab meat*
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
fresh chopped parsley, (to garnish)
sliced and toasted baguette, (for dipping)
olive oil cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F. Lightly grease a shallow baking dish with cooking spray. I like to use my pie dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese, tartar sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Old Bay, and lemon juice. Next fold in the crab meat, half the Monterey Jack cheese, and half the mozzarella cheese with a rubber spatula. Careful not to break up the crab meat!
  • Transfer the mixture into your baking dish, and top the dip with the remaining shredded cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is heated through.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve with toasted baguette.
