1 onion chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp red pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp tabasco
1 10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 10 1/2 oz can of tomato soup
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/4 tsp garlic salt
spaghetti sauce

Steps:

  • Brown onions and mushrooms in hot oil, add meat and seasonings, brown lightly. Drain grease, add soups and mix well. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Boil noodles and serve.

1 pound long spaghetti
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Brown onion in hot fat; add meat and seasonings; brown lightly. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add soups; cover and simmer 45 minutes. Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with hot water. Arrange on hot platter. Pour over sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Pass additional sauce and cheese. Yield: Serves 4

3/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
3 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
Cooked spaghetti
Grated Parmesan cheese
Bacon bits, optional

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the tomato sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. , Add olives; simmer 5 minutes longer. Spoon over spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits if desired.

1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat; drain and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, bay leaves, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and Italian sausage; mix well.
  • Simmer over medium-low heat for at least one hour; it is best if simmered all day.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 10.75 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1 10.75 ounce can condensed tomato soup
0.5 teaspoon chili powder
0.5 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Dash ground red pepper
1 pound dried spaghetti
0.5 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan cook the ground beef and onion until meat is brown. Add the soups, chili powder, bottled hot pepper sauce, black pepper, and ground red pepper. Bring to boiling, stirring often; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 45 minutes, stirring often.
  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions. Serve sauce over hot cooked pasta. Sprinkle with cheese; pass additional sauce and cheese. Makes 4 servings.

  • Brown beef with onion.
  • Add Soups and spices.
  • Simmer covered for 45 Minutes.
  • Cook pasta while the sauce simmers.
  • Stir pasta in to sauce and add half the cheese.
  • Serve with remaining cheese on top.
