This creamy, dreamy Cottage Cheese Jello Salad is one of my favorite treats once the weather turns warm in the spring and summer. It's perfect for potlucks, backyard barbecues, and family reunions!

3 ounces jello, any flavor
15 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
16 ounces cottage cheese
8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed

Steps:

Combine cottage cheese, pineapple, and gelatin in a bowl, stirring well.
Fold the Cool Whip in with the other ingredients until combined. Try not to overmix and deflate the Cool Whip.
Transfer to a clean serving bowl, then cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

6 ounces strawberry jello + 1 cup boiling water
2 frozen bananas
1\2 cup walnuts (optional)
1 container Whipped Cream
1\2 cup sour cream

Steps:

Make Jello as directed on the box
Transfer to a refrigerator safe bowl or baking dish
Add frozen bananas and strawberries and walnuts
Refrigerate for 4-6 hours
After the Jello has set up mix the whipped cream and sour cream together in a small bowl
Spread generously on top of the Jello Salad
Refrigerate until ready to serve

4.6 ounces cook and serve vanilla pudding mix ((large box))
6 ounces strawberry jello package ((large box))
3 cups water
16 ounces cool-whip ((thawed))
5 ounces mini marshmallows ((half of the 10 ounce bag))
3 bananas (sliced)
2 cups strawberries (sliced)

Steps:

In a medium saucepan, whisk together pudding mix, Jello mix, and water. Cook over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Remove saucepan from heat and pour into a large mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate until mixture has thickened (overnight or for about 4-6 hours).
Once mixture has thickened, beat until creamy with an electric hand mixer.
Fold in Cool Whip, marshmallows, and fruit. Chill for about an hour before serving.

12 ounces fat free cottage cheese
8 ounces strawberries (sliced)
1 banana (sliced)

Steps:

Spoon the Cool Whip and the powdered (unprepared) Jello in a large mixing bowl and whisk until they are well blended and most of the Jello dissolves into the Cool Whip.
Next, fold in the cottage cheese, strawberries, and bananas.
Store in refrigerator until you are ready to eat.
