3 juniper berries
1 lime wheel
1 lemon peel
1 leaf lemon verbena
1 1/2 ounces Hendricks gin
1-6 8/10-ounce bottle Fever-Tree tonic

Steps:

  • To a wide-rimmed rocks glass or stemless red-wine glass, add juniper berries, lime wheel, lemon peel, lemon verbena and a large ice cube. Add gin. Slowly add tonic water to taste.

1 lemon verbena leaf
3 juniper berries
1 1/2 ounces gin (preferably Hendrick's)
3-4 ounces tonic water

Steps:

  • Combine 1 lime wheel, 1 strip lemon zest (removed with a vegetable peeler), 1 lemon verbena leaf, 3 juniper berries, and 1 oversize ice cube in a stemless wineglass or goblet. Add 1 1/2 ounces gin (preferably Hendrick's), then 3-4 ounces tonic water; stir to combine.
