Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Mix walnuts, pecans, coconut, and almonds together in a bowl.
- Stir cinnamon, erythritol, and sucralose into melted butter; pour over nut mixture and stir to coat. Spread granola in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until crunchy, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven; stir and allow to cool.

- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or greased foil. Set aside for later.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Using a rubber spatula, fold until clusters form and mixture is well mixed.
- Pour onto the prepared baking sheet. Using the rubber spatula, gently nudge granola into an even layer, making sure to keep clusters intact. Create empty pockets at regular intervals to let air through to crisp up the granola.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Using a heatproof spatula, gently flip granola, making sure to keep clusters intact. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until edges are a deep golden brown and granola is just slightly soft. Mine took a total of 20 minutes. Granola will crisp up while cooling.
- Place baking sheet on a cooling rack. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes, or until completely cooled. Enjoy! Storing instructions below.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Add macadamia nuts, pecans, almonds and pumpkin seeds to a skillet. Cook over medium heat until nuts and seeds are lightly toasted. Remove from heat.
- Add sunflower seeds, chia seeds, hemp hearts, sweeteners, cinnamon, nutmeg and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold nut and seed mixture into the egg white meringue until combined.
- Spread granola mixture over a parchment lined baking tray. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Granola will continue to harden as it cools. Once cool, break into bite sized pieces. Store in a air tight container.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- If you have whole nuts, you can add them to a food processor and chop them up. For granola, you want smaller-sized pieces. If you purchased chopped nuts and they are small enough pieces, you can bypass this step.
- In a large bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, almonds, walnuts, hemp hearts, and cashews.
- In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together melted butter, cinnamon, keto maple syrup, vanilla extract, and brown keto sweetener.
- Pour the sweetened butter mixture over the nuts and stir. Spread coated mixture over a baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes. Start checking the granola at 15 minutes to make sure it doesn't burn.
- Let the granola cool before storing it in a sealed container. It will stay fresh for 2 weeks.
- Enjoy as cereal with almond milk, on top of low carb yogurt, sprinkled on keto-friendly ice cream, or just as a snack!
