HOT DIGGETY DOGS

Steps:

• Place crackers on a lightly greased baking sheet. Top with cheese, ketchup, mustard and relish. Cut each hot dog into 10 slices; place one slice on each cracker. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

HOT DIGGEDY DOGS

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to fan 180C/ conventional 200C/gas 6. Pour the oil into the tin and put it in the oven for a couple of minutes to heat up. Add the sausages to the hot tin and roast for 10 minutes.
• Push the sausages to the outer edges of the tin and scatter the sliced onion in the centre. Sprinkle the onion slices with the mustard seeds and some salt and pepper and turn them to coat in the hot oil at the bottom of the tin. Return to the oven for 10-15 minutes until the sliced onions are golden and the sausages are completely cooked through.
• Briefly heat the flour tortillas in the oven, microwave or in a dry frying pan to make them softer and easier to roll. Place a sausage and some onion on each one, top with a spoonful of relish and roll, folding the bottom over. Serve straight away, wrapped in paper napkins.

Steps:

• Mix ketchup, mustard,honey, horseradish and worcestershire sauce together.
• Saute onions and peppers.
• Place baked beans in baking dish.
• Pour 1 cup of mixture evenly over beans.
• Spread vegetables over beans.
• Place wieners over beans.
• Pour sauerkraut over wieners.
• Put remaining sauce over wieners.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
• Add cheese and pepper rings.
• Bake 5 minutes longer.

Steps:

• Cook pasta according to package directions, using the water, milk and butter. Stir in the hot dogs, peas and mustard. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand for 3-5 minutes.

Steps:

• Combine two rolls together and flatten into a 7-inch oval. Repeat with remaining rolls to make 8 ovals. Place one frank in middle of each dough oval. Pull dough up around each frank to completely enclose. Pinch edges together to seal. Turn seam side down and place on large sprayed baking sheets. With a sharp knife, cut each one into 8 equal pieces, through top layer of dough and frank, leaving bottom layer of dough intact. Twist first cut piece to the left and second to the right. Repeat this for the rest of the pieces. Bake at 350°F 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle each one with 2 tablespoons grated cheese. Return to oven and bake an additional 5-10 minutes. Serve drizzled with ketchup, if desired.

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to Fan180C/ conventional 200C/400F/gas 6. Pour the oil into the tin and put it in the oven for a couple of minutes to heat up. Add the sausages to the hot tin and roast for 10 minutes.

• Stir the wholegrain Dijon mustard through the the onion slices, and then add some salt and pepper; turn them to coat in the hot oil at the bottom of the tin.
• Return to the oven for 10-15 minutes until the sliced onions are golden and the sausages are completely cooked through.
