POMEGRANATE LEMONADE SPRITZER

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, plus lemon wheels for garnish
1/2 cup sugar
Seltzer water, for mixing

Steps:

Pour the pomegranate juice into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Put the lemon juice and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer; cook, stirring, until sugar is completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature.
To serve, fill a tall rocks glass with 3 to 4 pomegranate ice cubes. Pour about 1/4 cup of the lemon syrup over the ice and top off with seltzer. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Stir gently, garnish each glass with a lemon wheel and serve.
Cook's Note: This recipe is easily doubled or tripled for a crowd

PEACH LEMONADE SPRITZ

Peach Lemonade Spritz image

You can use a fresh peach, nectarine or apricot here. You can also substitute thawed frozen peach slices or 3 ounces peach puree, canned peaches or peach juice if fresh fruit is unavailable. For best results, refrigerate all ingredients beforehand. This is such a refreshing cold drink!

1/2 cup sugar
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced into 8 wedges
3 ounces Ketel One Botanical Peach and Orange Blossom Vodka
2 ounces club soda
2 fresh mint or basil sprigs

Steps:

Make the lemonade syrup: In a small saucepan, heat 3/4 cup water over medium heat. Add the sugar and whisk until the sugar dissolves, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the lemon zest and juice. Transfer the syrup to a small bowl and set aside to let cool.
Muddle and mix: Place half of the peach in a cocktail shaker and muddle it. Add 4 ounces of the lemonade syrup, the Ketel One and a few ice cubes. Cover the shaker and shake thoroughly to blend.
Serve: Divide the cocktail between 2 glasses with a few ice cubes and the remaining peach slices in each. Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with the mint or basil. Stir and enjoy!

1/2 cup citrus-infused vodka
4 tablespoons pink lemonade mix, such as Country Time
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 (12 ounce) can carbonated lemon-lime beverage
8 cups crushed ice
pink colored crystal sugar

Steps:

In large pitcher, combine vodka and lemonade mix, stirring well. Add pineapple juice, stirring well. Add lemon and lime beverage, stirring well.
In a shallow dish, add a small amount of water or lemonade spritzer,. In another small shallow dish, add desired amount of sanding sugar. Dip rims of glasses into liquid mixture and then into sanding sugar to garnish, if desired.
Dived ice between 6 glasses. Pour lemonade over top. Serve immediately.

1 (2 liter) bottle carbonated water

Steps:

To make the pineapple lemon syrup: In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, sugar and honey. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 minute. Allow to cool, then refrigerate overnight.
Fill 6 glasses with ice. Place a slice of lemon in each glass. Pour in 2 fluid ounces pineapple lemon syrup. Fill glasses to the top with carbonated water; stir.
