LINDA'S BAKED TURKEY HALF
This is one of my favorite ways to have turkey. I bought a turkey half at the grocery store, and this was what I did... It was really tasty, and my son and I both loved it!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Wash off the turkey, and place on a lg. cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs oner top of turkey.
- Sprinkle Shake N Bake over crumbs.
- Spray with cooking oil spray all over the top.
- Sprinkle with Tony Chachere's seasoning and pepper.
- Bake for 2 hours.
- Cut into pieces and slice breast, and serve.

LINDA'S BAKED STUFFED LOBSTER
I love seafood, and this is one of my FAVORITES!!! This is a restaurant quality recipe, that I hope you enjoy with your family and friends!

Steps:
- In a lg. bowl, mix melted butter into cracker crumbs and garlic powder.
- Split the lobsters down the center, and remove the insides of the head, stomach, and black vein on upper side of tail.
- Add the crabmeat to the cracker crumb mixture. Mix well.
- Stuff lobsters with cracker mixture.
- Squeeze lemon over crumbs, and bake for 20 mins., at 450.
- Serve with drawn butter, with lemon or cider vinegar mixed into the butter. Gives the butter and lobster a tangy delicious flavor.

LINDA'S TWICE-BAKED POTATOES
These are just plain GOOOOOOOOD! These YUMMY babies go GREAT with just about any meat, fish, or poultry dish!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350.
- Wash potatoes.
- Pierce tops of potatoes with fork several times. Do not wrap in aluminum foil.
- Bake potatoes on oven rack 70-85 minutes or until tender when pierced. Remove from oven, and cool 10-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in lg. bowl, combine all remaining ingredients.
- Cut a thin slice off top of each potato.
- Using a teaspoon, scoop out center of each, leaving a thin shell.
- Add potato centers to cheese mixture. Using fork, break up potatoes, and mix until well blended. Spoon mixture into potato shells.
- Transfer to baking sheet.
- Position potatoes under broiler so that tops are 5" from heat source.
- Broil 4-6 mins., or until tops are golden brown.
- Turn off heat, close oven door, and leave potatoes in oven for an additional 7-10 mins., or until heated through.
LINDA'S BAKED BEANS
I have been making my beans this way for years... They are quick and easy to throw together when you are trying to get a meal on the table. Great flavor, and good with hotdogs and brown bread!

- Mix all ingredients in a baking dish.
- Bake at 350, for 1 hr., or until thickened.
- Remove, and let set about 15 minutes.
- They will continue to thicken so do not over bake.
