LORI'S KINDA GOULASH!
Steps:
- Saute onion until soft and translucent in a few Tbsp. of olive oil. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add ground beef and cook with onions and garlic until browned. Drain if necessary.
- Add canned tomatoes in juice and drained corn to meat. Add seasonings. Adjust to taste. Add spaghetti sauce and cooked macaroni to meat. Stir well. Check seasonings again and adjust as necessary.
- Let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top before serving. Can be served with a nice salad and garlic bread if you like.

- Add seasonings. Taste and adjust as necessary. Mix in tomatoes and corn. Add cooked macaroni and spaghetti sauce; stir well.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Serve with shredded cheese sprinkled on top.

- 1. In a deep skillet brown the stew meat in butter and saute the onion and garlic; salt and pepper to taste. Add tomatoes, beef broth, beer, paprika and cloves; let simmer untill beef is cooked. Stir in parsley or dill and sour cream.

'KINDA-SORTA' HUNGARIAN GOULASH
It's hard to believe something so easy can taste so good. Very kid friendly. Try it, you'll like it. Since it isn't true Hungarian I changed the name.

Steps:
- Place meat in a crock pot. Cover with onions. Combine ingredients; garlic through dry mustard and add water to mixture. Pour this mixture over beef and onions in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 9 - 10 hours. Dissolve flour in small amount of water. Turn corck pot to high and stir in flour/water mixture. Cook 10 - 15 minutes more. Serve over egg noodles. So easy and so YUMMY!

CLASSIC GOULASH
Easy recipe for making a classic goulash. Can also be done in a slow cooker. Inspired by Paula Deen's Bobby's Goulash.

Steps:
- Cook and stir the ground beef in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat, breaking the meat up as it cooks, until the meat is no longer pink and has started to brown, about 10 minutes. Skim off excess fat, and stir in the onions and garlic. Cook and stir the meat mixture until the onions are translucent, about 10 more minutes.
- Stir water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, Italian seasoning, bay leaves, and seasoned salt into the meat mixture and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir macaroni into the mixture, cover, and simmer over low heat until the pasta is tender, about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, discard bay leaves, and serve.
