Low FODMAP Herb Goat Cheese Spread image

This Herb Goat Cheese Spread is low-FODMAP and garlic-free. Enjoy on your favorite crackers for a delicious snack or appetizer.

8 oz. goat cheese
1 tablespoon Fody Garlic Infused Oil
1 teaspoon dried chives
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process until creamy. The goat cheese may be crumbly at first (especially if it's cold), but keep processing and it will eventually become creamy.
  • Serve with crackers, pretzels, or veggies.
