Steps:
- In a cocktail shaker combine the bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup. Add a small sprig of rosemary. Add ice to just above the level of the liquid and shake for 10 - 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into rocks glasses containing large cubes of ice. Garnish with small sprig of rosemary.

- Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker. Shake enthusiastically for about 1 minute - the mixture will become very frothy. Add ice, and shake again for 20-30 seconds.
- Strain into an old fashioned or coupe glass. If some of the froth remains in the shaker just scoop it into your drink with a spoon.
- Garnish how you'd like
