MOCK MANGO FIZZ

Steps:

• Add the orange juice and grapefruit juice to a 10- to 14-ounce Tom Collins glass. Add crushed ice to fill the glass. Top off with the seltzer. Garnish with the orange twist.

MICHIGAN FIZZ

Steps:

• Measure concentrated cherry juice into a tall glass. Fill glass with ginger ale and stir gently.n

TROPICAL FIZZ RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Place orange juice, mango, strawberries, and lime juice in a blender, and blend until smooth.
• Turn off blender before stirring in sparkling water.
• Serve over ice.
• Enjoy!

MICHAEL'S GIN FIZZ

Steps:

• Cook's Note: Orange flower water is available at better liquor stores and Middle Eastern markets. Be very careful when adding this to your cocktail as it can easily overwhelm the flavors in this delicious drink.
• Add the gin, half-and-half, simple syrup, orange flower water, vanilla if using, egg white and lemon and lime juices in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 3 minutes, or blend with an immersion blender until frothy, about 20 seconds. Pour into an ice-filled highball glass, and top with the seltzer water.
• Food Network Kitchens suggest caution in consuming raw and lightly-cooked eggs due to the risk of Salmonella or other food-borne illness. To reduce this risk, we recommend you use only fresh, properly-refrigerated, clean, grade A or AA eggs with intact shells, and avoid contact between the yolks or whites and the shell. For recipes that call for eggs that are raw or undercooked when the dish is served use shell eggs that have been treated to destroy Salmonella, by pasteurization or another approved method.

ISLE OF MANHATTAN FIZZ

Steps:

• In a shaker, combine the lime juice, pineapple juice, simple syrup, coconut purée, orange-flower water, rum and gin. Use an immersion blender to purée the mixture and give it volume.
• Add ice and the club soda to the shaker. Shake for 30 seconds, then strain into a tall, stemmed glass. Garnish with a wide twist of lime.

MIDNIGHT FIZZ

Steps:

• In a shaker, combine the gin, lime juice, simple syrup, orange liqueur and egg white. Cover and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Add ice to the shaker, cover again and shake vigorously until chilled and well frothed, about 10 to 15 seconds more. Double-strain into a small Collins or fizz glass without ice and top with soda water. Serve immediately.
