- Cut each biscuit into six pieces. In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic, parsley, thyme and chives. Place Parmesan cheese in another bowl. Dip biscuit pieces in butter mixture, then roll in cheese. Place in two 4-in. tube pans coated with cooking spray. , Bake at 375° for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm.

- Position a rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Put the butter and garlic in a medium microwave-safe bowl and microwave until the butter is melted. Set aside to cool slightly. Brush the Bundt pan with some of the butter to lightly coat.
- Meanwhile, cut the biscuits into quarters. Combine the Parmesan and rosemary in a large bowl and stir together.
- Working in batches, toss the biscuits in the melted garlic butter, roll them in the Parmesan mixture to lightly coat and add them to the Bundt pan. Sprinkle the top with any leftover Parmesan mixture and drizzle with any leftover butter.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove the foil and bake until puffed and golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes more. Loosen the bread from the sides of the pan with a knife or offset spatula. Carefully invert the pan onto a serving plate, remove the pan and serve hot.

- Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a 12 cup standard muffin tin with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed).
- Cut each Refrigerated Biscuits (1 can) into 8 pieces - you should have about 64 pieces total.
- In a large bowl, mix together the Garlic (1 tablespoon), Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup), and a pinch of Salt (to taste) and Italian Seasoning (1 1/2 teaspoon). Stir in biscuit pieces, tossing to combine.
- Fill muffin cups with 5-6 biscuit pieces.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oven, brush with any remaining butter mixture, serve and enjoy.

I am not good at making homemade bread, but this Mini Garlic Monkey Bread requires pre-made biscuit dough, so this recipe is pretty much fail proof.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and place into a bowl.
- Combine butter, garlic, parsley and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Pour over biscuit pieces.
- Gently toss together and make sure everything is evenly coated with the butter mixture.
- Place 6-7 biscuit pieces in each muffin cup. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 12-14 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
