Steps:
- Saute mushrooms and onion (if you did not add onions to broccoli to cook) in butter and add all ingredients except broccoli. Cook until melted down well. Fold in broccoli. Stir well. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Heat and place in chafing/serving dish. Serve with Fritos.

- Add mushrooms, soup and Tabasco sauce, salt & pepper to taste. Mix well.

- Serve in chafing dish with Ritz Crackers.
