8 ounces frozen, cooked crabmeat, thawed or 8-oz imitation crabmeat flakes
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chili, drained
3 tablespoons finely chopped onions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 package Carr's® Table Water® Baked with Roasted Garlic & Herbs cracker

Steps:

  • 1. Cut up any large pieces of crabmeat. In medium bowl combine crabmeat, sour cream, chili peppers, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.2. Serve on crackers. Garnish as desired.

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 teaspoon harissa or chipotle hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
18 Carr's® Table Water® crackers
18 pitted kalamata olives or Tunisan olives
18 cooked, peeled and deveined medium shrimp
18 fresh mint leaves

Steps:

  • 1. In small bowl stir together cream cheese, feta cheese, harissa, cilantro and mint.2. Spread on crackers. Top with olives, shrimp and mint leaves. *NOTE: Harissa is a hot sauce from Tunisia. Look for it in cans, tubes or jars in Middle Eastern markets.
