Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add melted butter, sugar, and milk. Whisk in cornstarch. Stir in corn and creamed corn. Blend well. Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish.
- Bake for 1 hour.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray an 8" square baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat for 30 seconds or just until melted. Set aside.
- Whisk together egg, milk, sour cream, and sugar. Slowly pour in melted butter, whisking constantly.
- Add flour, polenta, baking powder, and salt, and stir until combined. Stir in both cans of corn and cheddar cheese.
- Pour corn mixture into prepared pan, and bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until set in the middle.
SWEET CORN PUDDING
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with canola spray.
- Whisk together the eggs in a large bowl. Next, add and mix together the Cheddar, cream cheese, heavy cream, breadcrumbs, honey, marjoram and shallots. Add the corn and stir into the mixture. Add the butter and mix together.
- Pour the corn pudding into the baking dish, top with salt and pepper and bake until the pudding just sets, about 45 minutes. Serve immediately.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish or 3-quart casserole with cooking spray.
- In 4-quart Dutch oven, melt 1/2 cup butter over medium heat. Add onion; cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended. Stir in milk.
