- In a small bowl, combine the water and Kool-Aid mix until dissolved. Stir in orange juice. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla and orange mixture until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Spread into crust. Chill for at least 1 hour or until set. , Drizzle white chocolate onto dessert plates; top with a piece of pie. Refrigerate leftovers.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Make and bake drop cookies as directed on pouch. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- In food processor, process half of the cookies to coarse crumbs. Remove to medium bowl. Continue to process remaining cookies to coarse crumbs; add to bowl. Stir in melted butter until well blended. In ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, press cookie crumb mixture firmly in bottom. Set aside.
- In small bowl, place gelatin, and add boiling water; beat with whisk until blended. Stir occasionally about 2 minutes or until mostly dissolved. In medium bowl, beat dry pudding mixes and milk with whisk about 2 minutes or until thick. Stir in dissolved gelatin. Let stand 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, scraping down side of bowl frequently. Beat in 2 cups of the whipped topping. Spread over cookie crust.
- Pour pudding mixture over cream cheese layer; spread evenly over top. Drop remaining whipped topping by spoonfuls over pudding layer; carefully spread until even. Refrigerate 5 hours.
- When ready to serve, sprinkle orange segments on top. Cut into 6 rows by 3 rows. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pieces.

- Beat shortening and sugar together in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy; add eggs one at a time, thoroughly beating each egg into the batter before adding the next. - Place Ritz Crackers in a Ziploc baggie and crush to a pea size. Take out 2 handfuls and set aside. Place the crushed crackers in a bowl and pour melted butter over the crackers and mix well. Place mixture in a 13x9 inch buttered pan and press crackers down firmly in bottom of pan.
- In another bowl mix Cool Whip and eagle brand milk together until blended. Add orange juice and mandarin oranges. Mix well and pour mixture over the crackers. Top with the remaining crackers and a few of the saved orange segments.

- In medium bowl, beat pudding mix and 1 cup milk with wire whisk or electric mixer on low speed about 2 minutes or until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Reserve about 8 orange segments for garnish; stir remaining orange segments into pudding mixture. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and side of 9-inch round cake pan with shortening or cooking spray; lightly flour.
