2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 celery ribs, chopped
3 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first 12 ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. , Toss cornflakes with butter; sprinkle over cheese. Top with almonds. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.

4-1/2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup chicken broth
3 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2-1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
8 cooked bacon strips, crumbled
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
3 tablespoons sherry or additional chicken broth
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. , Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, saute mushrooms and onion in butter for 3-5 minutes or until onion is tender. Whisk in flour and nutmeg until blended. Add cream and broth. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. , Drain pasta; stir into cream sauce. Add the broccoli, chicken, tomatoes, bacon, 1/4 cup cheese and sherry. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. 8 boneless chicken breast halves
One 2 1/4-ounce package sliced almonds
One 10 3/4-ounce can cream of celery soup
One 10 3/4-ounce can cream of chicken soup
One 10 3/4-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 tubes Ritz Crackers, crushed
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter

Steps:

  • Place the chicken in a large, deep skillet and add water to cover. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, or until tender.
  • Meanwhile, place the almonds in a shallow pan and toast in a 300-degree oven for 5 minutes, or until pale golden brown. Watch closely-almonds can scorch quickly. Tip the almonds into a plate and set aside.
  • Drain and cool the chicken and tear it into bite-size pieces. Put the chicken in a large bowl and add the three cans of soup, the sour cream, and the celery; mix well. Spread the chicken mixture in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix the crackers and butter, and cover the casserole with the crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.

1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cut into small pieces (You can even use canned or precooked chicken, like Tyson. to save time. Does not alter taste very mu)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1 cup celery (chopped sm)
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup cracker crumb (ritz or club)
1/2 teaspoon grated onion
2 hard-boiled eggs, , chopped finely
potato chips (I use corn flakes) or corn flakes (I use corn flakes)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 deg.
  • Mix all ingredients together well except for the corn flakes.
  • Lightly grease a casserole dish and add mixture.
  • Top with corn flakes.
  • May drizzle a little melted butter over corn flakes if desired.
  • Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Jar Button Mushrooms
1 Teaspoon Onion Juice
Salt to Taste
4 Hard Boiled Eggs - Cut Into Large Chunks
1 Cup Grated Cheese
Potato Chips
2/3 Cup Sliced Almonds
2/3 Cup Bamboo Shoots
2/3 Cup Water Chestnuts
2/3 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Small Jar Pimientos

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 350° F. Cook quantity of desired noodles. Cook the celery just slightly. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, onions, pimento, salt and chicken soup. Grease a casserole dish. Put a little of the mixture in the bottom of the casserole dish. Layer the noodles then the chicken chunks. Scatter some of the hard boiled eggs and repeat until the casserole dish is filled having covered each layer with the soup mixture. End with the soup mixture on top. Spread the grated cheese over the top. Sprinkle with the sliced almonds and crumble potato chips. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until bubbly and heated through. Serves 4

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
4 cups chicken, cooked and diced
2 cups water chestnuts, drained
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups rice, cooked
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups crushed round buttery crackers
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup shredded colby cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350'.
  • In a large pan over medium heat, stir together cream of chicken soup and broth. Stir in chicken, water chestnuts, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Stir in celery, onion salt and rice. Combine well, then pour into a casserole dish.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in crushed crackers and stir to coat with butter. Pour crackers over the top of casserole. Then sprinkle almonds and shredded cheese over the top.

3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
1 ½ cups sliced almonds
1 cup chopped celery
2 teaspoons ground white pepper
1 tablespoon salt
3 cups cornflakes cereal
1 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Combine rice and water in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl stir together the cooked rice, diced chicken, mayonnaise, yogurt, cream of mushroom soup, and chicken broth. Mix in the lemon juice, onion, water chestnuts, 1 cup of sliced almonds, and celery. Season with white pepper and salt. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
