Peach Champagne image

I searched high and low for the perfect punch recipe and finally decided to create my own. This sipper is a big hit at parties, especially weddings. 6 medium peaches (2 pounds)
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cups sugar
2 cups water

Steps:

  • Fill a medium saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Place peaches in water for about 15 seconds. Remove with slotted spoon.
