Peanut Butter Marshmallow Sandwich Recipes

PBM SANDWICH

Steps:

• Spread the peanut butter onto one slice of bread. Spread the marshmallow creme onto the other slice. Place the bread topping-side-up onto a microwave-safe plate. Cook in the microwave on High for 30 seconds. Place the two halves together and serve.

PEANUT BUTTER MARSHMALLOW SQUARES

Steps:

• In the lower pot of a double boiler, add water halfway to top and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. In the top of a double boiler, heat butter, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter until melted. Remove from heat.
• Stir in coconut, walnuts, and marshmallows.
• Pour mixture in buttered pan. Refrigerate and cut into squares. Store in the refrigerator.

PEANUT BUTTER MARSHMALLOW TREATS

Steps:

• Spray rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, with cooking spray. Place margarine, peanut butter and marshmallows in large microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute 30 seconds to 3 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until mixture is melted and smooth when stirred. Stir in cereal until well coated.
• Press mixture in pan, using buttered back of spoon. Immediately make 24 indentations in rows (6x4) in mixture using handle of wooden spoon. Press peanut butter cups into indentations; cool. Cut into squares.

PEANUT BUTTER AND MARSHMALLOW CREME SANDWICH

Steps:

• Lay out your pieces of bread.
• Spread desired amount of peanut butter on one slice of bread.
• Spread desired amount of marshmallow creme on second slice of bread, being careful not to tear bread (this stuff is sooo good but oh so sticky).
• Put pieces of bread together.
• Take a bite; be careful to not choke because it is so good you can't pace yourself to chew or breathe lol.

PEANUT BUTTER-MARSHMALLOW SANDWICH

Steps:

• Spread 1 bread slice with peanut butter, then spread second bread slice with marshmallow creme.
• Cover peanut butter-topped bread slice with marshmallow-topped bread slice (marshmallow-side down) to make sandwich.

PEANUT BUTTER, BANANA & MARSHMALLOW SANDWICH

Steps:

• Spread bread slices with peanut butter; fill with bananas and marshmallows.
• Spread outside of sandwich with butter.
• Cook in skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until marshmallows are melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.

PEANUT BUTTER, BANANA, AND MARSHMALLOW SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Spread the marshmallow crème evenly over 4 slices of bread.
• Spread the peanut butter over the remaining 4 slices of bread.
• Add banana.
• put slices Together to make sandwiches. Using 1 tablespoon butter, evenly coat the tops of the sandwiches.
• In a large skillet, melt the remaining 1 tablespoon butter over medium-high heat. Place the sandwiches buttered-side up in the skillet and grill for about 1 minute.
• Turn the sandwiches over and grill for 1 more minute, or until golden.
• Serve immediately.

TOASTED MARSHMALLOW PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 325°F. Remove cookies from package and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 16 to 18 minutes until golden brown. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet, then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.
• Heat oven broiler. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Arrange marshmallows in single layer on cookie sheet. Broil 5 to 6 inches from broiler flame, rotating cookie sheet as needed until marshmallows are evenly toasted.
• To blender, add toasted marshmallows, peanut butter, sugar, salt, half and half and vanilla. Blend on high 1 minute until smooth. Pour mixture into airtight container. Seal and refrigerate 3 hours until thoroughly chilled.
• Pour chilled mixture into ice cream maker. Churn according to manufacturer's directions. Transfer to airtight container. Seal and freeze 3 hours until firm.
• Scoop 3 to 4 tablespoons firm ice cream onto bottom side of 6 cookies. Top with remaining 6 cookies to form sandwiches. Working quickly, wrap each sandwich tightly in plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour.

CHEWY PEANUT BUTTER-MARSHMALLOW BARS

Steps:

• Grease a 9-inch square pan with butter and sprinkle 1/2 cup/17 grams of the cornflakes on the bottom of the pan.
• In a large pot, melt the 6 tablespoons/85 grams butter over medium-low heat. Add the marshmallows and kosher salt, and cook, stirring often, until about half of the marshmallows have melted but the mixture is not completely smooth. Add the peanut butter and mix until just combined, keeping some lumps of marshmallow.
• Take the pan off the heat, and working quickly, add about half the remaining 5½ cups cornflakes, folding them into the marshmallow mixture as gently as possible to avoid crushing the cereal. Repeat with the remaining cornflakes. If the mixture becomes too sticky to work with, briefly return the pot to the heat on low.
• Working quickly, transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, using a wet spoon or spatula to spread and pat into an even layer, again being careful to avoid crushing or packing the cereal.
• Place the chocolate in a small heatproof bowl and microwave it in 15-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until melted and smooth. Drizzle the chocolate over the bars in overlapping lines. (If using chocolate chips, scatter the chips onto the surface of the bars while they are still warm and let sit for 5 minutes, allowing the heat of the cornflakes to melt the chocolate before dragging a fork or toothpick through it to create lines.) Sprinkle the bars lightly with flaky sea salt, and set aside at room temperature (in a cool spot, if possible) until completely set, about 2 hours.
• Cut into bars and serve. Bars will keep, wrapped well at room temperature, for up to 3 days.
