POMEGRANATE SUNRISE DRINK

Steps:

• Fill each 12-ounce glass half-full with ice.
• Fill glass about 1/3 full of Sprite (about 3 ounces) and fill the rest of the way with orange juice (6 ounces).
• Stir gently to combine. Add a splash of Grenadine syrup and serve!
• Garnish with oranges or cherries (makes approximately six 12-ounce glasses).

POMEGRANATE SUNRISE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Fill 2 highball glasses 1/2 full with ice.
• Add 1 shot of vodka to each glass.
• Add 1/2 - 1 cup of orange juice to glass.
• Slowly pour the pomegranate juice on one side of the glass; getting as close to the side as possible.
• Add a slice of orange and pomegranate seeds to each glass.

POMEGRANATE SUNRISE MOCKTAIL

Steps:

• Put the lime juice and cardamom pod in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and crush the pod with the handle of a wooden spoon (if using ground cardamom, just mix together with the lime juice). Add the brewed tea, pomegranate molasses and a few ice cubes to the shaker and shake well for 15 seconds.
• Fill a tall glass with ice and strain in the tea mixture; top with club soda and garnish with a lime wheel.

TEQUILA SUNRISE

Steps:

• Pour the grenadine into the base of a tall glass and set aside. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the tequila, triple sec and fruit juices. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
• Add a few ice cubes to the serving glass then carefully double strain the cocktail into it, trying not to disturb the grenadine layer too much. Add more ice if needed to fill the glass then garnish with a cherry on a stick or cocktail umbrella.

POM SUNRISE

Steps:

• Peel one strip of zest from a tangerine and reserve. Squeeze 1/4 cup juice from tangerine; shake juice with vodka, bitters, and ice in a shaker. Strain into martini glass. Discard ice.
• Shake pomegranate juice with sugar in shaker until sugar is dissolved.
• Add pomegranate mixture to the glass to create a sunrise effect. Garnish with zest.

SUMMER SHERRY COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add simple syrup, lemon juice, celery juice, and sherry. Cover and shake until chilled.
• Fill a rocks glass with ice; strain cocktail into glass. Squeeze orange wedge over glass and add to cocktail; serve immediately.

POMGARITAS

Steps:

• In a pitcher, combine the first five ingredients; stir well. Serve over ice; garnish with orange slices if desired.

• Blend orange, berries, banana, and pomegranate juice.
