You will end up with 2 bases here, the second can be frozen. Cover it wil cling film and then cook from frozen.

Steps:
- Make bread dough according to pack instructions.
- Knead for 5 minutes till dough feels smooth and springy.
- Divide into two, roll out on lightly floured surface.
- Make 2 large thin circles.
- Lift these onto 2 baking sheets.
- Spoon on pizza topping, spread thinly with back of spoon.
- Top with cheese, anchovies and olives, drizzle oil over top.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 190 C or temp suggested on bread pack.

QUICK PIZZA WITH MIDDLE-EASTERN KHUBZ..!
Pizza is really yummy, but it takes a lot of time to make and many ingredients are needed for that. Quick pizza with middle-eastern khubz is quite easy to make but, it is possible only if khubz is available. Instead of khubz, you may make the pizza dough. WHAT IS KHUBZ....??? KHUBZ is a flat circle middle-eastern bread made of wheat and costs 50 fils in Kuwait. In one pack there are 5 khubz so its quite cheap.

- Spread tomato ketchup on the khubz with the help of a knife or spoon. Put some cheese with it. Put the slices of chicken franks, capsicum, white onion and black olives (you may add vegetables also if you want). Add olive oil, salt, black pepper and oregano. At the top, add mozzarella cheese again.
- Bake for 5-8 minutes in oven at 170 or 180 degree -- or take out when cheese is melted properly and you are sure that every ingredient has become hot.
- Quick pizza with middle-eastern khubz is ready to serve -- ENJOY -- eat it when it is hot -- because pizza is tasty when it's a bit hot.

PIZZA WITH GARLIC AND OLIVE OIL
Steps:
- At least 45 minutes before baking pizza, put a pizza stone or 4 to 6 unglazed "quarry" tiles arranged close together on oven rack in lowest position in oven and preheat oven to highest setting (500°-550°F).
- Finely chop garlic and in a small bowl combine with oil, oregano, red pepper flakes, and coarse salt.
- On a lightly floured surface pat out dough evenly with your fingers, keeping hands flat and lifting and turning dough over several times, into a 9-inch round. (Do not handle dough more than necessary. If dough is sticky, dust it lightly with flour.)
- Dust a baker's peel or rimless baking sheet with flour and carefully transfer dough to it. Jerk peel or baking sheet once or twice and, if dough is sticking, lift dough and sprinkle flour underneath it, reshaping dough if necessary. Working quickly, top dough with oil mixture, spreading with back of a spoon to within 1/2 inch of edge.
- Line up far edge of peel or baking sheet with far edge of stone or tiles and tilt peel or baking sheet, jerking it gently to start pizza moving. Once edge of pizza touches stone or tiles, carefully pull back peel or baking sheet, completely transferring pizza to stone or tiles (do not move pizza). Bake pizza 6 to 7 minutes, or until dough is crisp and browned, and transfer with a metal spatula to a cutting board.
- Cut pizza into wedges and serve immediately.
