Ingredients

1 tablespoon Raspberry Syrup, recipe follows
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Chilled prosecco, for serving
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 pints raspberries

Steps:

Add the Raspberry Syrup and lemon juice to the bottom of a champagne flute. Fill the glass with prosecco.
Place the sugar and 2 cups water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the lemon juice and raspberries and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries have broken down, about 10 minutes. Pour the mixture through a strainer and return to the pot. Simmer over medium heat until the syrup has thickened, about 10 minutes more. Let cool completely, then pour into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up 2 weeks.

1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
2 (750 ml) bottles prosecco, chilled
36 fresh raspberries (about 1 cup)

Steps:

Combine sugar and juice in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in the zest. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Strain mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl; discard solids.
Combine lemon syrup and prosecco in a pitcher. Pour about 1/2 cup prosecco mixture into each of 12 Champagne flutes; garnish each serving with 3 raspberries. Serve immediately.

2 handfuls raspberry
½ lemon, juiced
1 ½ shots simple syrup
1 shot vodka
ice cube
prosecco

Steps:

Crush the raspberries and lemon juice in a jug. Add in simple syrup and stir.
Serve ¼ of the fruit mix in a glass and add 1 shot of vodka.
Top up with ice cubes and prosecco and garnish.
Enjoy!
