- Once you have crushed the ice, add the peaches, cut into small pieces, to the blender and start processing. Then add the sugar and, when a paste is created, it's time to add the white rum. This can be whatever brand you like. Pour a small amount in first, try it and add some more if needed.
- Now add a little lemon juice for a light acidic touch and once you have all the ingredients in a blender, process until you have the desired texture for your frozen cocktail.
- Now your frozen peach daiquiri is ready. You just have to pour it into the glass you're going to serve it in (much better if it's a wide-rimmed glass) and, finally, decorate the edge of the glass by running a slice of lemon around the rim and sprinkling some sugar on so that it sticks. That way the frozen daiquiri will look more elegant; and if you already want to give a super professional touch, you can put a slice of lemon on the edge as decoration.
