1/2 lb butter, melted
3 (32 count) packets Ritz crackers (3 rolls from one 16 oz box)
1 1/2 lbs shrimp or 1 1/2 lbs white fish fillets
2 (10 1/2 fluid ounce) cans cream of shrimp soup
0.5 (10 1/2 fluid ounce) can white wine
hot sauce

Steps:

  • Crush crackers and mix with melted butter.
  • Cover the bottom of a 9x11" baking pan with 1/2 the mixture.
  • Place fish over crumbs.
  • Mix soup, wine and hot sauce and pour over fish.
  • Top with remaining cracker mix.
  • Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.

2 cups chopped onions
3 cups chopped celery
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup flour
5 1/2 cups milk, not fat free
16 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
12 ounces cooked lobsters
8 ounces crabmeat
12 small cooked shrimp
16 ounces cooked bay scallops
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • In a slarge skillet, saute onions and celery in the 3 tbsp butteruntil soft. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir in flour.
  • In a saucepan, bring milk just to a boil and mix into the sauteed mixture in the skillet.
  • Add cheese is melted and sauce is slightly thickened.
  • Add the cooked seafood; stir well.
  • Pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle w/ paprika.
  • Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browning on top.

1lb.shrimp
1/4 lb crabmeat
1.5 tubes ritz crackers
1.5 sticks of butter
1tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • melt butter & add in the worcestershire. Crush the Ritz crackers & add to the melted butter,then mix in the crabmeat. Arrange the scallops & shrimp in a casserole dish & top with the cracker/crab mixture. Bake in 350 oven for 20-25 minutes or till golden brown.
