Steps:
- Combine ingredients except bread. Using a sharp knife, split pita into rounds. Spread each with a tablespoon or so of mixture and place on a cookie sheet. Freeze uncovered, then transfer into plastic bag. When ready to use, preheat oven to 375°. Cut frozen circles into 6ths (small size) or 8ths (large loaves) using a sharp carving knife. Spread on cookie sheet, in one layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes until they start to brown a little.

- In medium bowl, combine all relish ingredients; mix well. Let stand at room temperature for about 1 hour or refrigerate up to 4 hours to blend flavors.
- Heat oven to 350°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with foil. Cut each pita bread into 6 wedges. Split each wedge to make a total of 24 wedges; place on foil-lined cookie sheets. Brush wedges with 2 tablespoons oil.

- In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and rosemary; set aside. Cut pita breads into 1-in. strips; split in half. Spritz crust side with butter-flavored cooking spray; place crust side up on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. , Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 1 minute. Turn; brush with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan mixture. Broil 1-2 minutes longer or until golden brown and crisp.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place whole pitas on baking sheet.
- Mix yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, water and garlic until smooth.
- Spread half of yogurt mixture on each pita bread.
- Cut yellow pepper lengthwise into strips about 1/8 inch wide, then cut strips in half and place decoratively on pitas.
- Then top each pita with half of the tomatoes, olives and feta.
- Bake for 8 minutes, until pita begins to crisp and feta is beginning to melt.
- Remove from oven, cut pitas into 6-8 triangles and serve warm, or leave whole and serve as individual pizzas.

SPICED BEEF ON PITA TRIANGLES WITH FRESH MANGO SALSA

- Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place pita triangles on oven rack set in the middle position. Bake until golden brown, 10 minutes. (Store in an airtight tin for up to a week.)
- Mix cumin, ginger, cinnamon and cloves in a small bowl. Leave 1/4 teaspoon of the spice mix in the bowl and sprinkle the remaining spices over beef; mix to combine.
- Heat a large (12-inch) skillet over medium-high heat. Add meat and all but 1/3 cup of the onion; saute seasoning with salt and pepper and stirring frequently to break meat into a finely ground texture. Stir until meat is fully cooked and all liquid has evaporated from the pan, about 9 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup of chutney; cook to blend flavors, about 1 minute longer. (Can be refrigerated in a covered container up to 5 days.)
- When ready to serve, rewarm beef and make the salsa: Stir together the mango, cilantro, and remaining chutney, onion and spice mix. Spoon a portion of meat on each pita triangle, top with salsa and serve. Or set out meat, pita chips and salsa and let guests make their own.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, with rack in center. In a small saucepan, heat cumin and sesame oil over medium-low heat until fragrant, 5 to 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper; add thyme, if desired.
- Brush both sides of each pita round with spice mixture. Cut rounds in half, and cut each half into 6 triangles, each about 1 inch wide.

- Heat oven to 425°. Cut butter and 3-ounce package of cream cheese into Bisquick mix in medium bowl, using pastry blender or crisscrossing 2 knives, until mixture looks like fine crumbs. Stir in milk and egg yolk. Place dough on surface well dusted with Bisquick mix; gently roll in Bisquick mix to coat. Shape into a ball; knead 10 times.
- Roll dough into 16x8-inch rectangle. Spread chive-and-onion cream cheese lengthwise over half of dough to within 1/4 inch of edges; sprinkle with Gouda cheese. Carefully fold dough over filling. - Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add sausage to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir with a spatula, breaking apart the sausage until cooked, 5 to 7 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Add spinach, green onions, and red pepper flakes. Continue cooking until the spinach is thawed, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in ricotta cheese and feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Unwrap the phyllo dough and cover with a towel to keep it from drying out.
- Working with one sheet at a time, brush 1/2 of the sheet with melted butter. Fold it in half lengthwise. Place a 1/4 to 1/2 cup of filling in the top-left corner. Fold the bottom-left corner over into a triangle shape. Continue folding edge over edge until you reach the end of the dough and a triangle shape is formed. Place the triangle on the baking sheet. - Brush all the triangles with melted butter.

- Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; sauté 10 seconds. Add spinach; sauté until wilted and tender, about 2 minutes. Cool.

- Preheat oven to 375°.Cut each pita in half crosswise. Cut each half into thirds. Separate layers of each triangle. (You will have 12 triangles from each pita round.)In a small mixer bowl at low speed, beat butter, sour cream, dill weed, and salt, if desired, until well blended. (If using lemon-pepper seasoning, omit salt.) Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of the butter mixture on rough inside surface of each pita triangle. Place, buttered-side up, on ungreased baking sheets.Bake 10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Best served hot or warm.Serve in baskets with a beverage, or use in place of chips and serve with a vegetable or seafood dip. If making ahead, reheat in a preheated 350° oven 3 to 4 minutes.NOTE: This mixture can be used on flour tortillas however, you will need 16 (6-inch diameter) flour tortillas since they do not separate in half like a pita.
