SCOTCH BARS
This was one of my mom's recipes, and one of the most popular dessert/cookie/snacks she made. It's ultra-simple and just about impossible to mess up unless you just flat-out burn it to a crisp.

It was at my bridal shower in 1960 that I first sampled these pretty bars. Now each time I make them, I'm reminded of that happy occasion.

BUTTERSCOTCH PEANUT SQUARES
These bars, which our family refers to as peanut butter brownies, are delicious! They slice and pack easily making them ideal for road trips and bake sales. I always double the recipe because a single batch is never enough! -Debbie Johnson, Centertown, Missouri

SCOTCH SCONES
These were originally made by my Granny and are slightly sweeter and flatter than most scones. They are easy to make too - the no bake method allows me to make these on the hottest days of summer, which make them my family's favorite camping treat.

FUDGIESCOTCH SQUARES
I first used this recipe in 1968, then lost it. I called Nestle Long Distance(before 800 #)& waited until they found the recipe, then dictated it to me over the phone. That long distance bill was not pretty!! The recipe is.
