1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 milk chocolate candy bar (1.55 ounces each)
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Set aside 1/2 cup for topping., Press remaining mixture into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Place candy bars over crust; spread with marshmallow creme. Crumble remaining graham cracker mixture over top., Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.

1 cup flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (approximately 9 graham crackers)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
1 cup milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line an 8" square baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving enough overhang on the sides. Spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  • In a medium size bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl using a handheld or stand mixer, cream the butter and brown sugar together on medium speed until mixture is creamy and smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Continue to mix until combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary.
  • Turn the mixer down to low speed and slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until combined.
  • Press approximately 2/3 of the graham cookie dough evenly into the prepared pan. Spread the Marshmallow Creme on top. I find the best way to do this is to scoop out the entire amount of Creme into the middle of the dough, spray a spatula generously with non-stick spray, and spread it as best as you can. Sprinkle the marshmallow layer evenly with the chocolate chips. Mold the remaining cookie dough into 5 or 6 flat pieces and layer on top of the chocolate chips. Spread around with your hands the best you can. If some chocolate chips and marshmallow spots are exposed, that's completely ok.
  • Bake the bars for 26-28 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown and the spots of Marshmallow Creme that stuck out are just beginning to brown. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.

1 bag (10 oz) miniature marshmallows (5 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips (9 oz)
5 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Grease 13x9-inch pan with butter. Measure cereal into large bowl.
  • Reserve 1 cup of the marshmallows. In 3-quart saucepan, heat remaining 4 1/2 cups marshmallows, the chocolate chips, butter, sugar and water over low heat, stirring occasionally, until completely melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal in bowl; stir until evenly coated. Stir in remaining 1 cup marshmallows.
  • Press firmly in pan. Cool at least 1 hour until firm. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

1 3/4 cups (245 g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter, very soft
3/4 cup (161 g) packed brown sugar
3/4 cup (150 g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups (12 ounces) roughly chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
About 2 cups mini-marshmallows

Steps:

  • Whisk the dry ingredients: Combine the graham cracker crumbs, flour, salt, and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Chill the dough: Scrape down the sides of the bowl and the beater. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to three days. (Or freeze in individual scoops for up to 3 months.)
  • Heat the oven to 375 º F: Place a rack in the middle of the oven. Line two baking sheet with silicon baking mats or parchment. I usually bake my cookies one sheet at a time to help them bake evenly. If you prefer, or are crunched for time, bake two sheets at a time with one sheet in the upper third of the oven and the other in the lower third of the oven.
  • Continue baking the rest of the cookies: Continue baking in batches until all the cookie dough and marshmallows have been used.
  • Enjoy! Cooled cookies can be stored in an airtight container with wax paper between the layers for up to a week at room temperature. The marshmallows may stick to the wax paper; just gently peel the paper away when removing the cookies.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

8 sheets graham crackers, finely ground, or 1 cup store-bought graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/2 sticks (6 ounces) unsalted butter, softened
1 large egg, at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
One 4.4-ounce bar milk chocolate, such as Hershey's, broken into pieces
1 cup marshmallow creme

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment, leaving a 2-inch overhang on the ends of the pan for lifting out the finished bars.
  • Stir together the ground grahams, flour, sugar and salt in a small bowl. Cream the butter, egg and vanilla in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on low speed until creamy and combined; you are not trying to beat a great amount of air into the mixture. Add the graham mixture and continue to beat on low speed until just combined and large crumbles form.
  • Place about two-thirds of the mixture in the prepared pan and firmly press down. Reserve a few pieces of the chocolate for garnish (about 1/2-ounce), and then scatter the rest of the chocolate pieces over the base. Drop spoonfuls of the marshmallow creme over the chocolate, stretching the creme so it covers more of the base. Drop the remaining cookie batter in small clusters over the chocolate and creme so the creme is mostly covered.
  • Bake until the dough is golden brown and the cookie in the center of the pan feels firm, about 40 minutes. The marshmallow creme will puff through the crumble and brown, and it will deflate as it cools. Cool in the pan at least 15 minutes.
  • Using the foil overhang, lift the crumble bars out of the pan. Melt the reserved pieces of chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth, and then drizzle over the cookies. Cut into sixteen 2-by-2-inch squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.

1 stick unsalted butter, plus more for greasing, at room temperature
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/3 cups flour
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Heaping 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Heaping 1/3 cup mini marshmallows

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter.
  • In a large bowl combine the butter and brown sugar. Using a hand mixer, blend until fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add the vanilla extract and eggs and mix on medium speed until combined, about 1 minute.
  • In a separate bowl combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt. With the mixer running, slowly add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, and mix until a dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough to the prepared baking dish and pat out in an even layer to cover the bottom of the pan. Top the dough with the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  • Bake until the marshmallows are browned and the dough is cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool to room temperature, then slice into 2-by-2-inch squares.

2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 ½ cups chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line an 8x8-inch square pan with aluminum foil, leaving a 1-inch overhang on sides.
  • Crumble graham crackers in a bag; pour into a bowl. Stir in butter and brown sugar until well mixed. Press graham cracker mixture into bottom of pan to form crust.
  • Bake in preheated oven until crust is lightly browned and smells toasted, about 7 minutes.
  • Remove pan from oven; cover crust evenly with marshmallows. Sprinkle chocolate chips over marshmallows.
  • Bake in preheated oven until chocolate chips are melted and marshmallows are browned, about 3 minutes.
  • Let s'mores rest in pan until cool, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate until set, about 45 minutes. Remove from pan and cut into squares.

  • Preheat your oven to 190C/170C Fan and line a 9x9inch Square Tin with parchment paper, and leave to the side for now.
  • Whisk/Mix the Plain Flour, Bicarbonate, Salt and Cornflour together so its evenly distributed – leave to the side.
  • In a larger bowl, melt the butter. Add in the two sugars, and whisk for about 2 minutes so the sugar starts to dissolve and the mixture is smooth. Add in the Egg and the Vanilla, and whisk again briefly till smooth. (I used an electric whisk)
  • Add in the Dry Ingredients, and mix till a cookie dough is formed. Add in the Chocolate Chips and mix with a spatula until they’re spread through the cookie dough evenly.
