Steps:
- Melt 2 parts soy wax to 3 parts paraffin wax in a double boiler. Use one of the long sticks to stir the mixture. Tie wick to the other long stick. Measure the wick once it is tied so it reaches to the bottom of the Mason jar. Dip the wick 2 - 3 times in the hot wax. Wait 5 seconds between each dip. This will keep the wick straight and prevent it from floating in the wax. Let it dry. Place the wick on the stick in the Mason jar with the stick lying across the top. Pour the hot wax in the jar until just below the rim. Let cool 24 to 36 hours depending on the size of the jar. Trim the wick 1/2 inch.
