Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat until melted.
- Add the chicken, salt, and pepper. Fry for about 5-8 minutes or until cooked through. Take out and set aside.
- Add the onion and fry for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the flour.
- Gradually whisk in the milk.
- Whisk in the butter chicken sauce.
- Whisk in the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Once the cheese has melted into the mixture, stir in the chicken and elbow pasta.
- Sprinkle on some more cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, until the cheese is brown and bubbling on top.
- Garnish with coriander.
- Enjoy!

- Cook macaroni according to package directions, adding broccoli during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain., Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, onion, salt and pepper; cook and stir 6-8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from pan., In same pan, melt butter. - Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente; drain. Preheat broiler. , In a 10-inch cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until blended; cook and stir until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes (do not burn). Gradually whisk in cream, milk, Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. - Bring 6 cups (1.5 l) of water to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in the macaroni and cook for 7-8 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Drain the macaroni in a colander (do not rinse), then return to the pot over low heat. Add 4 tablespoons of butter, the milk, and cheese sauce mix and stir well until creamy. Remove the pot from the heat.

- Spray large skillet with cooking spray and saute chicken on medium-high heat for about 5 minute or until cooked through.
- Drain liquid from tomatoes into a 2 cup liquid measuring cup and add enough hot water to measure 1-3/4 cups.
- Add macaroni, tomatoes and the tomato liquid mixture to the pan and mix well.

Steps:
- Put sausages in stir fry pan with a little water.
- Poke holes in sausages with fork to cook the inside a bit.
- When sausage is completely cooked, drain any remaining water, remove and cut up sausages.
- Add a little oil to the pan, return chopped sausages and saute until golden brown.
- In another pot, melt the butter and add the flour -- cook slowly, stirring constantly until the roux is a light brown.
- Cut up the cheese and add to the roux.
- Add remaining milk slowly, stirring constantly.
- Add Italian seasoning (to taste).
- While the sausage and roux are cooking, place macaroni noodles in boiling water and cook until al dente.
- Drain well, add 1 cup of milk, butter and cheese mix from the box; stir until cheese is incorporated.
- Add prepared macaroni and cooked sausage to the roux; stir gently to mix thoroughly.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
