Steps:
- For the shrimp: In a large saucepan of water, add the bay leaves and black peppercorns. Bring to a boil. Line a sheet pan with paper towels.
- For the sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, chile sauce, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
- Add the shrimp to the water and cook at a very low simmer, stirring, until the centers are fully cooked and no longer translucent, about 3 minutes. Transfer the shrimp to the lined sheet pan. Chill for an hour before serving.
- Serve the shrimp with the cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.

Steps:
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a microwave safe bowl big enough to fit the shrimp in as well. Microwave the sauce for about 30 seconds just to melt the honey.
- Stir well, add shrimp and toss to coat them.
- Marinate for 30 min to an hour, stirring once. (This could also be done in a ziplock bag).
- Stir fry the veggies in a large skillet or a wok.
- When veggies are thawed but not fully cooked, add the shrimp and marinade.
- Stir fry for 2-4 min until shrimp are done.
- Add cornstarch and stir until sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice.

- In a medium bowl, combine spice blend, ginger, garlic, scallion whites, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add shrimp and toss well. Heat a large skillet over high heat, then add the oil. - In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with sesame oil and the Gourmet Gardens™ Garlic and Ginger Pastes. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Make the sweet ginger chili sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and the Gourmet Garden™ Ginger Paste. Set aside.
- In a wok or large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon canola oil and ½ teaspoon sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp to the pan in a single layer and season with salt and the red pepper flakes.
