Steps:
- Rinse steaks with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides of steaks with 1 packet of fajita seasoning. Slice into strips; set aside. Add vegetables to a 5-quart slow cooker. Toss with remaining packet of fajita seasoning. Add steak strips on top of vegetables. Pour in beer. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
- Serve hot with peppers, warm tortillas, refried beans, and shredded cheese, if desired.

- In heavy plastic bag, combine chicken strips and dressing; refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally. - Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Lay the flank steak in the middle of a baking sheet. Arrange the bell peppers and red onion around it. Drizzle everything with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin.
- Using your hands, rub the seasoning into the vegetables, then into the steak. Flip the steak and season the other side.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the top of the steak and veggies.
- Cook for 12 minutes, or until the meat has reached your desired doneness.
- Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes, then slice it into pieces, going against the grain.
- Fill up a warm tortilla with the steak, bell peppers, and onion.

- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a sheet pan with foil.
- Combine bell peppers, onion, 2 teaspoons oil, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon cumin on the prepared pan; toss to coat. Spread veggie mixture around the sides of the pan creating a space in the center.
- Place flank steak in center of pan and brush with remaining 1 teaspoon oil. Sprinkle steak with remaining salt, chili powder, pepper, and cumin and rub to evenly coat.
- Bake in the preheated oven until veggies are tender and browned around the edges and steak is beginning to firm and is hot and slightly pink in the center, 12 to 14 minutes, or to desired degree of doneness. - Combine 2 tablespoons oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a shallow dish or zip-top freezer bag; add steak. Cover or seal and let stand 30 minutes.
- Remove steak from marinade; discarding marinade.
- Pat beef dry with paper towels.
- Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat; add beef, and stir fry 3 minutes.

- Cut beef into 1" strips 1/8" thick.
- Place skillet on high heat. When hot, add 1 T oil and stir fry meat until browned(1 1/2 to 2 minutes).
- Transfer meat to bowl.
- Add 1 T oil to skillet and add garlic, onion, and green pepper.
- Stir fry until onion is soft, about 3 minutes.
- Stir together cumin, lime juice and cornstarch, then add to skillet.
