1 can (16 oz.) whole sweet potatoes in syrup, undrained
1 cup water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Brown sausage in large skillet on medium-high heat. Meanwhile, drain potatoes, reserving syrup.
  • Add water and reserved syrup to sausage; bring to boil. Slice potatoes. Add to sausage mixture with stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole; cover.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 large tart apple, peeled and chopped
1 large carrot, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 teaspoon dried sage leaves
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Steps:

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine potatoes, 1 tablespoon oil and salt. Microwave, covered, on high for 6-8 minutes or until tender, stirring every 2 minutes., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; remove with a slotted spoon., In same skillet, heat remaining oil over medium-low heat. 1 ½ cups chopped celery
¾ cup diced sweet onion
¾ cup butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
