- Preheat broiler. Mix first 8 ingredients until blended., Line a 15x10x1-in. baking pan with foil; coat foil with cooking spray. Place tilapia in pan; sprinkle with salt., Broil 3-4 in. from heat 2-3 minutes per side. Spread cheese mixture over fillets. Broil until topping is golden brown and fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 1-2 minutes.

I don't remember where I got this recipe from but is is lower cal that most. You can also bake but the crust is much better when you pan-fry.

Steps:
- Coat Tilapia fillets in Dijon mustard.
- Then dip in panko to coat.
- Heat oil in skillet on med/high - I try to use as little as I can get away with.
- Pan Fry fillets until golden brown on both sides.
- Try to turn fillets only once since Tilapia is delicate and can fall apart.
- Season with salt and pepper while still hot.

BROILED SWEET AND TANGY TILAPIA

- Preheat the oven broiler. Place a sheet of aluminum foil on a baking sheet, and coat with 2 tablespoons butter.
- In a bowl, whisk together 1 teaspoon lemon juice, melted butter, mustard, raspberry vinegar, honey, tarragon, salt, and pepper.
- Place the tilapia on the prepared baking sheet, and broil about 3 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn tilapia, and drizzle with about half the lemon juice dressing mixture. Continue broiling about 3 minutes, turn, and drizzle with remaining dressing. Continue broiling about 2 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork. Remove from heat, and sprinkle with remaining lemon juice to serve.

- Rinse and pat very dry tilapia fillets.
- In a small mixing bowl, blend raspberry vinegarette, honey, mustard and dill weed.
- Grease or spray bottom of 13x9 baking dish, arrange fillets along the bottom in a single layer.
- Drizzle raspberry vinegarette mixture evenly over the top of the fillets, coating each evenly.
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees, uncovered for 20 minutes or until tilapia flakes easily with a fork.
