TOMATO BEER OR RED ROOSTER

Steps:

• Add a shot of tomato juice to the ale in a pilsner glass.
• Cook's Note: If you add a splash of hot sauce, this drink becomes a Ruddy Mary.

"RED EYE" (BEER 'N TOMATO OR CLAMATO JUICE)

Steps:

• 1. Pour beer slowly into small pitcher.
• 2. Add as much tomato juice as you like. (Taste as you go.)
• 3. Stir in any extra ingredients of choice and pour into salt-rimmed glass with a lime or lemon wedge if desired.
• 4. Keep extra chilled.

RUDDY MARY

Steps:

• Add a shot of tomato juice to the ale or stout.
• Cook's Note: This cocktail without the hot sauce is also known as Tomato Beer or a Red Rooster. If you add a splash of hot sauce, the drink becomes a Ruddy Mary.
• Garnish with a lime wedge and celery sprig.

HOMEMADE TOMATO BEER

Steps:

• 1. Combine all ingredients , Except celery and bacon strips and pour over ice in 2 glasses. Add celery stalk and bacon strip to each glass. Stir and sip. Cheers! Bacon can be threaded on cocktail picks- rest on edge of glasses.
