Ingredients

1 pkg family size tortellini
1 pkg turkey polska kielbasa or vegetarian sausage, sliced into half moon shape
3 clove chopped garlic
3 pinch dry oregano
3 pinch dry basil
3 pinch dry parsley
3 pinch dry thyme
2 pinch crushed red pepper
salt
fresh cracked pepper
olive oil, extra virgin
parmesan cheese

Steps:

1. Kielbasa: In a large skillet heat up olive oil, place sausage in and brown..it is already cooked so you are just browning and heating through. Turn down heat, add garlic and spices.
2. Pasta: Boil in salted water..I'm pretty sure directions say for 7 minutes..I normally only do it for 5 or 6..I HATE over cooked pasta and it cooks a little more once you mix it into skillet with kielbasa. Once cooked strain and add to skillet with sausage. Toss around on low heat for several minutes. Turn off heat and add cheese to taste. If it seems a little dry add a drizzle of olive oil.
