TURKEY SALSA BOWLS WITH TORTILLA WEDGES

Turkey Salsa Bowls with Tortilla Wedges image

The recipe encouraged creativity and healthy eating as students designed their own salsa bowls using whole grains, vegetables and lean protein. -Jean Gottfried, Upper Sandusky, Ohio

GROUND TURKEY AND SALSA TACOS

Ground Turkey and Salsa Tacos image

So simple it shouldn't really be a recipe, but for years I never thought of using salsa instead of those salty taco mix packets. Much tastier and more "real food" flavor and yet just as easy! This salsa idea stolen from my sister (Lowfat Linda), or possibly her husband, who didn't think to post it first. :-)

Provided by Rambling Rose

Categories     Whole Turkey

Time 40m

Yield 8-15 soft/hard tacos, 5-7 serving(s)
