Some like it hot. One of these burgers, stuffed with chopped green chiles and topped with Jalapeno VELVEETA slices, oughtta do the trick.

- Shape meat into eight thin patties. Spoon 1 Tbsp. of the chilies onto center of each of four of the patties; top each with second patty. Pinch edges of patties together to seal.
- Cook in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 6 to 8 min. on each side or until cooked through (160°F). Top with VELVEETA; cover. Cook an additional 30 sec. to 1 min. or until VELVEETA is melted.
- Fill buns with lettuce and burgers.

- Pre-heat oven to 400. Brown the ground beef and mix in the taco seasoning as directed on the package. Cook the macaroni as directed on the box. Add macaroni to the ground beef in the skillet, then add the milk and the Velveeta cheese torn into pieces. Still constantly until the Velveeta melts.
- In a small casserole dish sprayed with non-stick spray layer half of the pasta and beef mixture and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Repeat for a second layer. Cover and bake for 15 minute.
- Remove the cover and add 1 cup salsa, the tortilla chips and the last 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese. Bake uncovered for 5 minute.

- Cook patties in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink in the center, about 4 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Drain fat and wipe the skillet with a paper towel.
