Now, add powdered sugar and continue beating until sugar dissolves and combines well. Add the wheat flour and combine well to form a dough. Use milk if required Knead 2 minutes. Make small balls of dough and flatten it and give it prefered shape. Grease a baking tin or cake tin using a parchment paper and butter. place it on the tray.
