SEAFOOD PASTA SALAD
This side dish's sweet dressing has a bit of kick that combines perfectly with the pasta, seafood and veggies. Elizabeth Halfman of Davenport, Iowa shares the recipe.

Steps:
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, salad dressing and hot pepper sauce. Stir in the crab, shrimp, broccoli, cauliflower and celery. , Drain pasta and rinse in cold water. Gently stir into shrimp mixture. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; rinse under cold water until cool and drain.
- While pasta is cooking, chop celery and crabmeat. Run hot water over peas to defrost.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, milk, salt and pepper. Add the pasta, celery and crabmeat and stir until evenly coated. Adjust the salt, sugar or mayonnaise to suit your taste. Chill several hours before serving.

YUMMY SEAFOOD PASTA SALAD
This is sort of a concoction from several recipes I use, super easy and based off the recipe my mother made for us as kids. Pretty kid friendly, at least in our house, and is always great leftover. Can substitute cooked shrimp to cut down on prep time. Can be served warm or chilled, but we prefer it warm.

Steps:
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a medium saucepan (for the shrimp), bring water to boil.
- Place shrimp in boiling water.
- Return to Boil.
- Remove from Heat.
- Peel/Devein shrimp.
- In a large bowl, mix crab and veggies together well.
- In a medium bowl, combine ingredients for dressing. Whisk until well blended and smooth.
- Add hot cooked pasta, and mix all ingredients together well.

YUMMY SHRIMP PASTA SALAD
Yummy salad--so easy to make. I just made it for a potlock wedding and it was a big hit. Of course I added extra shrimp for the special occasion. Very fast to make. I am sure you can improvise can or jarred shrimp (well drained).

Steps:
- Thaw shrimp by running cold water over it in a colander for several minutes until the iciness is gone. Drain in colander well, pat dry very very well with paper towels. To prevent a watery salad. Place into large bowl.
- Cook shell pasta as directed on package, rinsing with cold water and draining well in colander.
- In bowl with shrimp add the cheese, diced peppers, Miracle Whip and cocktail sauce. Mix all together very well.
- Add the pasta and stir all very well.
- The Miracle Whip quantities and the cocktail sauce are to taste. But those amounts seemed to work good to me. This was just as fast to make for me as tuna pasta salad. I cooked the pasta while I did the other prep -- .
