Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the sausage, cheese, and dry baking mix. Mix together, and shape mixture into walnut-sized balls. Place on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, Cheddar, baking mix, garlic powder and salt and knead with your hands until a homogenous dough forms (this will take about 5 minutes). Pinch off golf ball-size pieces of dough, roll them into balls and arrange them 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through, about 25 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve warm or at room temperature. Store any leftover sausage balls in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 rimmed 15x10-inch baking pans with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, stir together Bisquick™ mix, sausage, Italian cheese blend, mozzarella cheese, milk, melted butter, Italian seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes, using hands or spoon. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place 1/2 inch apart on pans.

Steps:
- Mix dry ingredients and cheese together.
- Blend in the hot sausage.
- Spray cookie sheet (or rack) with non stick cooking spray.
- Use the measuring teaspoon to get an average amount of sausage and roll into balls.
- Place on cookie sheet. (I place them on a cookie rack and then put the rack over a cookie sheet so while they are baking the grease falls off of them, this also seems to help prevent them from burning.).
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Watch that they don't burn.
