4 Bone-in Pork chops
3/4 cup Seasoned flour
Oil for browning chops
1 cup Long grain rice, raw
1 pkt Onion soup mix or Homemade
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
2-1/2 cups Water

Steps:

  • Prepare your 9X13 casserole dish by spraying with cooking spray around the edges
  • Pour rice evenly on the bottom of the prepared casserole dish
  • In a skillet over medium high heat, pour in a little oil
  • Dredge each pork chop in seasoned flour and brown in the skillet, do not cook through
  • Place browned chops on top of the rice in the casserole dish
  • Turn heat off of the skillet and pour in the water, soup and onion soup mix
  • Combine and pour over pork chops
  • Bake at 350° for an hour
  • Test rice for doneness before serving, oven temps vary

1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 (10.75 ounce) can water
1 cup mushrooms, diced
4 pork chops
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine the mushroom soup, onion soup mix, water and mushrooms.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the pork chops on each side. Transfer chops to a 9x9 inch baking dish, and cover with the mushroom soup mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until internal pork temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 boneless pork chops
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
4 potatoes, thinly sliced
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high-heat. Place the pork chops in the oil, and sear.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the soup and the milk. Arrange the potatoes and onions in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place the browned chops over the potatoes and onions, then pour the soup mixture over all.
  • Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Top with the cheese, and bake for 30 more minutes.

1 can milk (measured in soup can)

Steps:

  • Spray a 9 X 13 inch pan with Pam (or like product). Spread potatoes out on the bottom of pan. Lay pork chops on top of potatoes. Add slices of margarine to the top of pork chops. Mix the soup and milk in a bowl and pour over the top of pork chops. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Note: can also slow cook.

6 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 onions, quartered
1 pound baby carrots
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Put pork chops into a roasting pan. Arrange potatoes, onions, and carrots around the chops. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the chops and vegetables; season with salt and black pepper. Pour beef broth over the entire mixture.

A cookbook was published in 1979 after 10 years of recipes being broadcasted. Of over 2,000 recipes that had been broadcasted, the cookbook has the recipes that were the listeners' favorites.

1 (20 ounce) package loose-pack frozen green beans, thawed
4 cups sliced peeled potatoes
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 pork chops, browned
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 (3 ounce) can French-fried onions

Steps:

  • Cook sliced potatoes in boiling salted water for 5 minutes- Drain and set aside.
  • Spread the thawed beans in the bottom of a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
  • Combine soups, salt and pepper and spread HALF of this mixture over the means.
  • Arrange the cooked potatoes over this, and top with the rest of the soup mixture.
  • Brown the pork chops on both sides in oil; then arrange them on top of the potatoes.
  • Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
  • Cover the pan with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Take dish from oven, remove the foil, sprinkle onions over the top, and return the pan, uncovered, to bake another 5 minutes.

8 boneless pork chops, about 1-inch thick
1 large Spanish onion, sliced in half then slice each half into thin slices
2 (8 ounce) cans mushroom stems and pieces, drained well
10 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
2 (6 ounce) boxes savory herb Stove Top stuffing mix, prepared as directed
2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
garlic salt
black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Heat olive oil and butter on medium high heat until butter is melted.
  • Season pork chops with garlic salt and pepper to taste, brown briefly on both sides, you will have to do at least 2 batches.
  • Put in a 9x13 baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam Spray.
  • Next fry the mushrooms and onions in same pan with the drippings left from the pork chops over medium high heat and saute until lightly carmalized about 15 minutes then add the tomatoes.
  • Immediately pour mixture over pork chops and spread to cover the top completely.
  • Spread both cans of cream of mushroom soup over the whole top of onion mixture.
  • Spread shredded cheddar cheese over the whole top of soup mixture.
  • Spread stuffing mixture over the whole top of cheese layer.
  • Cover with tin foil and bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour and then remove foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
  • NOTE: Chops will be very tender but not juicy.
