Ribeye steak approx 3/4 inch thick

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400F
  • While fryer preheats, remove steak from fridge
  • Season liberally with salt
  • Cook at 400F for five minutes, flip steak
  • Cook for 10 minutes (medium rare)
  • Cook for 12 minutes (medium-medium well)
  • Allow meat to rest for five minutes

1 lb ribeye steak
1 teaspoon sea salt

Steps:

  • Take the ribeye steak out from your freezer and sprinkle some real salt on both sides as per your taste.
  • Place it on the air-fryer basket/grill pan of your air fryer.
  • Set the air-fryer function dial on the air fryer, set the temperature dial on 400 degrees, and set the timer for 12 minutes.
  • Flip the steak and cook it for another 12 minutes on the other side.
  • Put the steak on a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve and enjoy!

8 ounce ribeye steak, about 1-inch thick
1 tablespoon McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning

Steps:

  • Remove the ribeye steak from the fridge and season with the Montreal Steak seasoning. Let steak rest for about 20 minutes to come to room temperature (to get a more tender juicy steak).
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Place the ribeye steak in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, until it reaches 130-135 degrees for medium rare. Cook for an additional 5 minutes for medium-well.
  • Remove the steak from the air fryer and let rest at least 5 minutes before cutting to keep the juices inside the steak then enjoy!

2 rib-eye steaks, cut 1 1/2- inch thick
4 teaspoons grill seasoning (such as Montreal Steak Seasoning®)
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce

Steps:

  • Combine steaks, soy sauce, olive oil, and seasoning in a large resealable bag. Marinate meat for at least 2 hours.
  • Remove steaks from bag and discard the marinade. Pat excess oil off the steaks.
  • Add about 1 tablespoon water to the bottom of the air fryer pan to prevent it from smoking during the cooking process.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Add steaks to air fryer and cook for 7 minutes. Turn steaks and cook for another 7 minutes until steak is medium rare. For a medium steak, increase the total cook time to 16 minutes, flipping steak after 8 minutes.
  • Remove steaks, keep warm, and let sit for about 4 minutes before serving.
