APPLE CREAM LASAGNE
Cinnamon apple lasagna is such a fun idea. Don't worry, the only cheese here is cream cheese, and this lasagna goes full on dessert mode with whipped cream and chopped pecans.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare the lasagna noodles as directed on the package. Drain and set aside. In a saucepan, add the butter and let melt over medium heat. Add the apples. Stir to coat in the butter then cover the pan and let the apples cook for 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 3 tablespoons of the brown sugar, the nuts, and cinnamon. Mix well then set aside. Combine the cream cheese and remaining brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer for 3 minutes or until fluffy. With the mixer running, add the egg and vanilla and mix until completely incorporated. With a clean mixing bowl and beaters, beat the whipping cream until fluffy and stiff peaks form. Using a spatula, gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Set aside. Combine the melted butter, bread crumbs, and sugar in a small bowl. Evenly spread half of the apple mixture in the bottom of a 11x7 baking dish. Place three of the cooked lasagna noodles over the top. Spread the noodles with half of the cream cheese mixture then top with 3 more noodles. Spread the rest of the apple mixture in the dish. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture and then sprinkle the buttered breadcrumbs evenly over all. Place the dish in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and let stand, covered for 20 minutes before slicing and serving. Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator.

- Combine Cheddar cheese, ricotta cheese, egg, white sugar, and almond extract in a medium bowl. Blend well. Spread one can apple pie filling over the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan. Layer with half of the noodles, and then the cheese mixture. Layer again with remaining noodles, and the second can of pie filling.
- Combine flour, 6 tablespoons brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare garnish by blending sour cream and 1/3 cup brown sugar in small bowl until smooth. Cover, and refrigerate. Serve warm apple lasagna with sour cream garnish.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add lasagna noodles, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain, and rinse noodles, and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the Cheddar cheese, ricotta cheese, egg, white sugar, and almond extract. Spread one can of apple pie filling in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer half of the noodles to cover the filling. Spread the cheese mixture over the noodles. Top with the remaining noodles, and spread the remaining can of apple pie filling over the top of those.
- In a small bowl, stir together the flour, 6 tablespoons brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix in margarine until the mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over the top of the pie filling.
- Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool for 15 minutes. While the lasagna cools, stir together the sour cream and 1/3 cup brown sugar. To serve, cut into squares and top with sour cream as a garnish.

- In small bowl, mix sour cream with brown sugar and chill.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Layer 6 toast slices in greased 13x9 baking pan.
- Cover with ham.
- Sprinkle 1 1/2 cup cheese over ham.
- Layer remaining 6 slices toast over cheese.
- Spread pie filling over toast.
- Sprinkle with granola.
- Bake 25 minutes at 350°F.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.

- Place lasagna noodles in a 11 by 7 inch baking dish.
- Cover with warm water and soak for 20 minutes.
- Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter over medium heat.
- Add apples, cover and cook 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in 3 tbsp brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon.
- Set aside.
- Place cream cheese and remaining brown sugar in a large bowl.
- Beat 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Set aside.
- Melt remaining butter in small saucepan.
- Add breadcrumbs, sugar and melted butter.
- Spread half of the apple mixture in bottom of the 11 by 7 baking dish.
- Layer with 3 noodles.
- Spread with half of the cream mixture, and layer with 3 more noodles.
- Spread with remaining apple mixture and layer with last 3 noodles.
- Top with remaining cream mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake in preheated 350F (180C) degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
