White Wine and Apple Sangria image

Make sangria your way with red, white, or rosé! This easy formula lets you pick your favorite wine and punch it up with juice, brandy, and fresh fruit and herbs.

½ cup apple juice
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry white wine
1 cup apple slices
½ cup sliced peaches
2 medium lemons, sliced
¼ cup brandy
1 ½ cups club soda
3 cups ice, or as needed
8 sprigs fresh thyme

Steps:

  • Stir together apple juice and sugar in a pitcher until sugar dissolves. Add wine, apples, peaches, lemon slices, and brandy.
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve, 1 to 24 hours.
  • Gently stir in club soda before serving over ice. Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.

Apple Pie Sangria ~ The absolute best drink for fall! This cocktail is amazing!
2 bottles (standard size) white, sweet wine,(Riesling or Moscato)
5 cups fresh apple cider
2 cups ginger ale
2 cups caramel vodka (for less strong- try 1 cup and add if desired)
3 honey crisp apples, chopped
3 pears, chopped
2 cinnamon sticks

Steps:

  • Instructions: Cut the fruit and place in the bottom of your pitcher or jug. Combine all of the ingredients except the cinnamon sticks. Stir, stir, stir. Let sit overnight (or at least a couple hours) about 4 hours before serving, throw in the cinnamon sticks. Stir, stir, stir. Serve over ice. Enjoy! **Note: you could also save the soda until right before serving. this would make the drink a bit crisper*****

1 pkt. (makes 2 qt. drink each) CRYSTAL LIGHT Natural Lemon Flavor Iced Tea Mix*
3 Tbsp. dulce de leche (sweetened milk caramel)
2 apples, cored and chopped (I used Gala and Golden Delicious)
2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Pinch of ground cloves
Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
3 cups white wine
1/4 cup spiced rum
seltzer

Steps:

  • In a large sealable jar or container, pour apple cider, drink mix, and dulce de leche. Seal the jar and shake vigorously until dulce de leche and drink mix is dissolved.
  • Add apples, cinnamon sticks, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, wine, and spiced rum; stir to combine.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld. Remove cinnamon sticks before serving.
  • Serve over ice in tall glasses and top with seltzer.
