4 cups water
4 sirloin steaks, of your choice applebees use sirloin

Combine bourbon, brown sugar, salt, and pepper over steaks.
Preheat grill.
Place steaks on grill and cook for 13 minutes for rare, 17 for medium or 20 for well done, turning once during cooking.

2 (10-ounce) sirloin steaks
2 cups heavy cream, 16 ounces
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped (2 teaspoons dry)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt & pepper, to taste
20 shrimp, tails and shells removed
1 tablespoon butter

Steps:

Heat cream in a saucepan and lightly boil until it's half its original volume, being careful not to scorch. Stir in Parmesan cheese, basil, salt and pepper. Lower heat and keep warm while you prepare the steak and shrimp. Season the steak to your preference. Grill either inside or outside, until done to your liking. Heat the butter in a small saute pan. Add the shrimp and salt and pepper to taste. Saute until cooked through, and lightly browned, about 4-6 minutes. Place the grilled steak on the plate, top with the sautéed shrimp and Parmesan sauce.

Marinate sirloin steak a day before cooking. To make the marinade: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and salt and black pepper.
Pour content into a large ziplock bag along with sirloin steak. Let it marinate in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours. The longer the sirloin steak marinates, the more flavorful it will become.
Preheat pan to high heat. Add in butter before steak. Grill steak on high burner for 5 minutes on each side. Use tongs to flip the steak while grilling.
Lower heat burner to a medium. Grill steak for another 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness is achieved.
