BONNIE'S PERFECT BAKED POTATOES
Anyone can bake a potato, right? Well, these baked potatoes are a little different, and a wonderful treat for those of us that love to eat the potato skin! The perfect baked potato with a fluffy white center is done in 45 minutes. Seasoned with olive oil and kosher salt. Enjoy! Photo is my own. Recipe adapted from wwitmom at food.com

Steps:
- Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees. Bake 45 minutes. If you bake more potatoes than the 3, it may take a few minutes longer for them to get done. Scrub your potatoes. Prick several holes in each potato to release the steam. Take olive oil and generously cover each potato and sprinkle kosher salt over them on both sides. Place potatoes on a baking sheet, and bake. The inside of the baked potato is white and fluffy. You can eat the skins. They are especially delicious with my Simple Romaine Lettuce and Tomato salad with garlic dressing. Spoon the salad in the potato skin and eat like a taco. It is delicious! Enjoy!
- Note: The original recipe listed the temperature of the oven as 450, but mine bakes perfectly in a 400 degree oven.

GRANDPA'S PARTY POTATOES
My grandpa, who gave me this recipe, liked the way the cream cheese and onion dip created a wonderful velvety texture. I often assemble these potatoes the night before, then pop them in the oven the next day. -Mary Kay Elert, St. Paul Park, Minnesota

GRANDMA'S CHEESY POTATOES
My grandmother makes this every year with a brisket for Christmas dinner. This is hands down my favorite potato recipe ever. I leave the skins on the potatoes, but this is optional. Garnish with chopped green onions or Italian parsley, and top with more cheese for a restaurant 'look.' I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do.

BONNIE'S GRANDMA'S CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP
This old-fashioned chicken noodle soup is the best we have ever tasted. It is also a snap to make with the ingredients you have right in your own pantry. Great served with grilled golden brown swiss cheese sandwiches on French bread. This recipe makes a lot. Freeze some and enjoy it later on! Happy Cooking! The photo is my own and so is this humble recipe.

Steps:
- DAY BEFORE Boil the drumsticks in the water until done. Save the water to make the soup. Refrigerate.
- THE NEXT DAY... PREPARE GRANDMA'S NOODLES (These are NOT the regular wide curly kind) Follow the instructions on the package that say to slit the plastic and microwave 1 minute. Remove and separate the noodles and spread them out on a cookie sheet.
- MAKE THE SOUP Remove skin and bones from the drumsticks and discard. Save the chicken and the broth. Chop the onions, celery and carrots and saute in a large dutch oven in a little olive oil. When the vegetables are tender, add the minced garlic and stir a couple of times. Add the chicken stock, chicken granules, pepper, marjoram, and the chicken to the pot. Simmer covered over low heat until the vegetables are done. Add Grandma's noodles and bring soup to a low boil and cook until noodles are tender and to your preference. Add frozen peas. Check seasoning. Cook until peas are done.
- COOK'S TIP Do you like a lot of broth or a little broth in your soup? If you don't have enough broth to suit you, you can add a can of chicken broth,a teaspoon of chicken granules, a half can of water and a teaspoon of marjoram and add it to the broth to thin it.
